Therapeutic Kneads

I went in for a massage and the therapist Colleen did not bother to show up. This was for a scheduled appointment. The lady running the office was amazing and apologized even though it was not her fault. That I appreciated very much. I rescheduled with a different therapist and we will see how that goes. I have a gift certificate so I have to go back, but first impressions of this place was not good at all. Unless tomorrow is amazing I will never go back, I don't want to have to worry and get upset because their therapists don't care to show up. Now I am more stressed then when I went in. If tomorrow is much better i will write another review.

Kathy and her team are always very attentive and listen to what you are in need of. Relaxation or to work out those knots, either way, they are great. Flexible schedule and various methods. The place always smells good too.

My daughter gave me a $50.. certificate to Spa Finders, knowing how I love massages. I heard a woman in a salon talk about Therapeutic Kneads here in Eldersburg, so I called for appointment. Coleen was fabulous. She was very attentive to my exact needs. It was so good, in fact that I extended the session to 90 min. I will certainly go back to her, and recommend their services.
