    Located just minutes from the I-65 exit, this country Victorian-style wellness spa uses all natural ingredients in its individualized services. Guests will enter through a white picket fenced garden where many of the herbal ingredients for treatments are grown.  During the summer months, weather permitting, guests can request a massage inside the gazebo and from Thanksgiving through Valentines Day, fireside massage is available in the holiday room. Yoga is also available and is designed to meet guests' individual needs.  The spa specializes in all types of massage (hot stone, relaxation, therapeutic, steam, pregnancy, couple's, micro-current, energy with light therapy, trigger point, lomi-lomi, reiki and reflexology) as well as facial skincare (microdermabrasion, micro-current, LED, acupuncture with light treatment), body wraps, (using mud, MLIS, seaweeds, clays and herbs),  body waxing and body scrubs.

I choose the fall sampler with a gift certificate my son gave me for Christmas. The pumpkin cream facial had a great smell. Really put me in the mood for the season change. The pumpkin body lotion was warm and felt great with the hot stones. I also enjoyed the spicy tea. These gift certificates are a wonderful idea.

For my birthday I scheduled the Ultra Facial Deluxe, which comes with a facial and full body massage! I was not disappointed! It was amazing! My face looks the best it ever has and my massage was one of the most relaxing ones I've ever had. It was my first facial ever and I will definitely be back to Bodyworks for more. Carolyn was so friendly and really wanted me to have a relaxing treatment. Had an incredible day because of my wonderful service from Bodyworks and Carolyn.

I visited the spa on Monday with a SpaFinder gift certificate I received TWO Christmases ago! I'm getting married this weekend and just wound up saving the gift certificate for the right moment. I booked an hour massage and an hour facial and Carolyn was out of this world at both of these services. I've had plenty of massages and hers was right up there with the best of them! I've only had one facial before and this one just blew the other out of the water. You always read reviews about breaking out after a facial but my skin looks great!! Also, she had the best cup of coconut tea ready for me when my services were complete.. just the icing on the cake! I will definitely be back :)

I had a Spafinder card and was looking for the best deal. I found it here I had a hot stone massage and European facial and foot treatment for $100. Very professional atmosphere and very clean. Entering through a garden was relaxing and the property is beautiful. There are angels everywhere. Very different. I bought a package for my mom for Mothers day and I know she will love it. I had a gift certificate to redeem and choose this one because of the reviews. I decided on the delux facial package and Ihave to say it was the most unique facial I EVER HAD. My skin felt like baby skin. When I GOT HOME MY HUSBAND NOTICED IMMEDIATELY. I even feel different. The owner explained in detail how this facial treats the energy centers through microcurrent acupuncture points and even though I dont understand it all, it works. I look and feel younger. And the music made me feel like I was out in the forrest, so relaxing.

I picked up Spa Finder certificate from Costco and was extremely happy with the value. I went with my wife to get a couples massage and was delighted to experience a professional massage in a quaint atmosphere. Me and my wife got a little over an hour massage and the services provided were fast superior than the branded spas in the areas. The atmosphere was relaxing and natural wood fireplace made it even more cozy. The masseuse was experienced and provided an exceptional whole body massage with the perfect amount of pressure. I have lower back pain and she took her time working the lower back muscles and alleviated much of the tense muscles. She even used hot stones to further enhance the experience. I would definitely recommend Bodyworks to anyone who would like to get an affordable massage with exceptional service. The owner also offered tea in the end which was a pleasant gesture. I would rate this place 5 stars!!!

We used our Christmas present gift certificate for a couples fireside massage. The wood burning fireplace is such a nice touch. I felt like I was in a log cabin. The hot stones were so relaxing. Very relaxing massage. We booked another one for Valentines week. Very romantic. And the 12 foot Christmas tree was a nice touch.

Lomi-Lomi Massage

Decided I wanted to try something different on this menue. Decided on the Lomi-Lomi massage. Never heard of it before. It is from the Hawaiin Islands. The fragrances used were awesome. Warm coconut oil is used instead of massage lotion. Warm coconut balls are pressed into the trigger point areas. A mango body scrub was used on my back. She also stretched my body and mainipulated my joints. Then warm towels were used. It smelled so good. I did not feel like leaving that room! I have never been to Hawaii, but I sure did enjoy this treatment. I felt like I was on vacation. $75 for 75 minutes of Paradise.

This place has to be the quietest, peaceful, zen place I have ever had a massage. I am leaving for the marines this weekend and I am very nervous about the whole thing. I decided to treat myself before I leave, and it was money well spent. I came out of there feeling like a different person both physically and mentally and I am coming back on my Christmas leave. I decided to have a spa day for my birthday. I had received a couple spafinder gift cards so I selected Bodyworks Studio Spa based off the previous reviews. Absolutely an amazing experience!!!! Customer service was excellent! I tried the sampler which included 90 minutes of a facial, massage and reflexology. I was so relaxed! I actually liked that the location was in home, it gave it a more cozy atmosphere. (she has a private entrance to the spa so it didnt feel like I was actually in someone's home.) If you are looking for beauty treatments, this is not the place.(no hair or nails done here) But if you are looking for health treatments, this spa is excellent. Had the Bodyworks Sampler package. For $85, you get 90 minutes of massage, facial and reflexology. To me and my sister, this is the best price in town for all three services. We came out of there like we were flooting on a cloud. So peaceful, so relaxing, and what a bargain. Highly recommend this treatment. Carolyn is very knowledgeable in healthcare. She does private yoga lessons, and has sold us on coming back for a detoxing bodywrap program. We left here knowing more about how the body works and how to keep it in good shape. We might also try the ultra facial package that not only addresses the skin and muscles in the face, but all of the internal organs in the body. She uses a light probe with color therapy and gemstones. The whole experience was very interesting and enlightening.

I had the ultimate facial today for my wedding, and I look great! No other spa in this area offers this type of treatment package. For $100, my facial included microdermabrasion, microcurrent rejuvenation, color therapy and emminence facial products. They smelled fantastic. When I looked in the mirror, I was glowing. I not only look good, I feel good. I just wish I had more time before my big day to fit in a few more treatments. Two of my bridesmaids came in yesterday for massages and were very impressed with the atmosphere and the privacy. They were the only clients in the spa and were able to discuss the wedding. We are going to be regulars now.

I have had many massages, but this massage was definitely the most relaxing I have ever experienced. Her energy is amazing. I felt totally renewed. The atmosphere is unique, as you enter from a garden. The fireplace and warmed rocks are a great addition. My lower back feels great!
