I had a facial by Galena and it was amazing. She has incredible hands and let's you know what she is doing but gives you the time and quiet that is needed to enjoy! Be open to the In Spa environment. Book one with her..you won't regret it.

I got a pedicure and the service that was provided to me was not the best I have ever experienced. Among thing I didn't like were: warm towel they put on your neck was kinda smelly, pedicure did not include massage of the feet and legs and most importantly - the chairs were extremely uncomfortable! The chairs you see on the picture is not what you get. What you get is one of those office desk chairs on the weels with no head rest. So it is practically impossible to sit back and relax. And after about 30 minutes my butt was asleep and sore and I didn't enjoy the second half hour of my pedicure AT ALL! I was really exited about no tip policy but my receipt had a line for a tip and when I ask if they accept tips I was told I could leave one if I wanted.

The service was good, but unfortunately this spa doesn't have a very comfortable setup for their spa pedicure. And I had booked two appts for myself and a friend and they weren't going to seat us together; they did oblige once I requested this, but it took some additional time for something I thought should have already been a given. I will be back again, so that I can use up my InSpa gift card - maybe I'll try a manicure this time.

I've had a 60m massage, 90m massage, facial, mani and pedi. I haven't had a bad experience yet. I like their NO TIPPING policy as I know what I'm paying as I walk in the door. Plus I have 2 kids and so I often don't schedule "me-time", but InSpa is almost always able to get me in the day I call -- that's a in bonus customer service in my eyes! I need convenience and they provide it! I'd say this spa isn't for you if you need a complete getaway though ... I'd say they're the fast food of spas. They get the job done and it's good, but the atmosphere is very open so you're never pampered in a fluffy robe and slippers or offered the extras like some other places I've visited. InSpa gets you in, out, and on the road.

I have been going to InSpa for over 3 years and have enjoyed every aspect. Doesn't matter which service you desire, they make you feel extremely relaxed as well as comfortable. Also, I enjoy InSpa's No Tip Policy and have encouraged many friends and family members.
