In the 28,000-square-foot spa, treatment areas are enveloped by gardens and water features mirror a reflection of serenity. Guests can revive with Caribbean-inspired rituals, or reenergize with yoga, Pilates, or meditation while overlooking a 150-foot water garden.

  At the heart of The Regent Palms, an infinity-edge pool, bordered by a bar and deck with chaise lounges, surrounds the 72 guest rooms and suites. The hotel also has two signature restaurants, a selection of boutique shops, a tennis court, and salon. Ample non-motorized water sports are available on site.

Interiors and indigenous therapeutic treatments of the 28,000-square-foot Regent Spa draw inspiration from the Caribbean. Serene water features and reflection pools surrounding the 17 treatment rooms provide an oasis of tranquility, complemented by soft candlelight. Lush foliage cocoons six white cabana treatment areas used for herbal services like the signature Zareeba, a native island steam cleansing and detoxification ritual using hand-picked herbs.

Staples also include the Mother of Pearl Body Exfoliation, utilizing hand-crushed queen conch shells, the Rocks of the Caribbean massage with basalt lava, and the Moonlight and Stars massage for two. Classic and exotic massage services, ranging from Swedish to Balinese, body treatments, salon and nail treatments, and facials, including the Sonya Dakar Four-Week Boot Camp Skincare program, round out the spa menu. A majority of treatment offerings can be experienced in guests' rooms or on their terraces.

Interior elements like marble flooring, vaulted ceilings, and mahogany furniture continue the hotel's elegant approach, as do lovely ocean or garden vistas. Accommodations have high-speed Internet access, private balconies or terraces and kitchenette or full kitchens. One-, two-, and three-bedroom suites also are appointed with washer-dryer services; the Penthouse Suites include an outdoor Sun Suite with shower and Jacuzzi.

Cuisine at Parallel23 restaurant is international, with a particular emphasis on tropical-fused gastronomy. The atmosphere is elegant yet convivial, complemented by a display kitchen allowing guests an insider's peek at their dishes being prepared. Diners can also enjoy meals alfresco on the coral-stone patio, overlooking courtyard views. The Plunge restaurant, featuring café-style and Caribbean fare, sits poolside. The full menu is available at the pool, or guests can dine at the bar or on the sunken dining terrace, surrounded by a waterfall and garden setting. Dining at the spa is offered only to guests on the full-day package.

Water enthusiasts have their pick among a number of on-site aquatic adventures such as hobie cat sailing, kayaking, and wind surfing, and scuba diving and snorkeling jaunts can be arranged at the nearby marina. Sun-pod loungers lining the hotel's serpentine infinity-edge swimming pool, complete with a Jacuzzi center, invite guests to relax or take a siesta.
