Terrible Customer Service
I booked a facial at Just Calm Down through a group coupon I purchased and due to unforeseen circumstances I had to miss the appointment. The spa manager and owner were not understanding whatsoever and in fact charged me $45 for missing the appointment. I appealed to them given the extenuating circumstances and then they gave me a song and dance about how they had to pay the technician even thought I wasn't there. I completely acknowledge the realities of running a small business but there has to be some reasonable amount of allowance for people that are caught in a difficult unavoidable situation. Furthermore, the spa manager, Katrina, who books the appointments is extremely rude and she even makes a point to call out that they won't call to confirm the appointment. It seems to me that they are making a business of booking people then not reminding them so they can collect on their cancellation fee for doing nothing. I will most definitely NEVER visit this spa and I suggest you do the same. I cannot speak to the level of the technicians or the atmosphere as I was not able to visit for myself. But I think it is important for spa goers to know that if you are looking for customer service then this is not the place.

Really good and relaxing massage
I had a really good and relaxing massage here this past holiday season. One would never guess how big the place is from the small entrance and reception area.. I will definitely go back!
