About AuM Body & Soul Spa
AuM Body & Soul Spa was founded on eastern practices of healing and holistic living with its therapeutic services integrating Ayurvedic practices. More than just a spa, AuM Body & Soul aims also to be a place of healing and rejuvenation. The 3,000-square-foot spa offers a relaxing and tranquil ambience, with soft music of ocean waves and meditative chants playing in the background. Nine treatment rooms are available, and natural and organic products from Aveda and Banyan are used. The spa also has a yoga and meditation room, and free daily meditations are offered. Exclusive treatments from Aveda, such as body wraps, massage, and facials are offered, along with Ayurvedic doctor consultations, OxyPod treatments, reiki, waxing, threading, manicures, pedicures, children's yoga and meditation, outdoor yoga and meditation, and primordial sound meditation. Showers and a sauna are also available. Special events are hosted every month with guest lecturers as well.Location

Aum Body and Soul Spa provides and integrates the ancient wisdom of India with modernity.They provide excellent therapists such as Albert and Denise who perform a variety of relaxing stress relief and soothing treatments incorporating ayurvedic essential oils,aromatherapy ,hot stone and also shirodhara ( head massage with soothing free flowing stream of herbal oils ) .Neelam is true maestro of health ,fitness and beauty and a seasoned connoisieur of ancient practices such as yoga ,meditation classes ( which are complimentary) and has developed a beautiful 7000 plus square foot facility.
I feel blessed to frequent this spa and savour the moments with Albert and Denise aswell as Neelam.You will feel truly nurtured,rejuvenated and restored with this team of experts and you are in the best possible hands and warmest hearts.Compassion if also part of healing and there is plenty of genuine caring demonstrated.I would not wait too long and delay your well deserved treatments at this beautiful spa.It only takes half an hour on a bus direct opposite port authority in Manhattan and is easily accessible on the lower floor of the Galaxy Mall.

I have known the owner of this spa, Neelam even before she started the spa. She is really good with pure magic in her hands. Not to mention her expertise with eyebrow shaping is great! She is fast and efficient in her waxing services also. I have never had any peeling or burns after the waxing. The spa's aura is also great. Her facials are good because she analyzes your skin before proceeding with the facial. And so on for all the other services...
I can go on and on but I guess my rating says it all! Try it and you'll know the difference between aum spa and other spas!

Went in for a massage and the atmosphere was very relaxing from the moment I walked in. Great massage! Would deff. recommend. Unique experience over all compared to other places i've been to in the area.
