Really enjoy going to Ultimate Image Day Spa, great place to relax...Ive been going there for over 5yrs now, followed my hairdresser there whom has been doing my hair for 15yrs...Bernice is great, always get compliments and people asking to take pictures of my hair!! If your looking for a good cut and EXCELLENT color I highly recommend BERNICE!!

I had meet Erica at Hair Cuttery in Westminster and was disappointed when she left because I did not know what Salon she was moving to. Fortunately another hairdresser told me she went to Utlimate Image Day Spa in Hampstead. My first thought what is in Hampstead? My surprise its a very quaint full service salon with excellent prices. Everyone is extremely friendly. I am very pelased to have Erica back doing my hair, she is excellent and would highly recommend her to anyone.
Ultimate Image Day Spa is a great find in Hampstead, MD!

When I need a quick cut I go to this spa. It is 2 blocks from my home. However the hair dressers change constantly! Does not say much for consistency. The cuts have been okay. The one lady was just nuts and told really inappropraite stories of her nights bartending for her brother. The last time the girl forgot to cut a portion of my hair and when confronted she assured me she had...I watched so I knew....$40 later and a second trip to another salon, my cut cost me $70 and my hair was SO short. But it was the owner's daughter so.... Ive also had a massage and a facial. The massage was fine for Hampstead. The facial was AWFUL. I told her I was very sensiive to chemicals and allergic to chamomile. @9 products later I had an allergic reaction to something that contained chamomile and ended up red faced and itchy for over a week...Sigh.....It was an honest but unprofessional mistake. I had been excited to have a spa which served wine while I was pampered so close to home. I also think I give places too many chances....After the last cut I won't go back. The cut was THAT bad.

I have received a few bad cuts in my day, but this was the worst ever. Instructed the hair dressor to make it a low fade, turned out that my fade went almost to the top of my head. I look like someone broke the bowl before putting it on my head to cut. That was only the start of the issues with the cut itself. I contacted the manager for a refund because the damage was not reverse able and my email was ignored. Wont be back to this place.
