  We are Warrior Fit, The fitness boot camp that specializes in getting the results in body fat loss and toning you just can't seem to get at the big gyms or even at home.Our program is unique in the fact we are using cutting edge research that shows that you DO NOT have to slave away in a gym to get the results you want. We use metabolic resistance training in a circuit-training group.I am the “Renegade Trainer” a very energetic nationally certified personal trainer that specializes in getting results. I have been training people for over a decade and have seen it all so don’t think for a moment that I can’t get you in the shape you want. We make the classes fun and exciting we really bring the enthusiasm, which will blow you away. We prefer group training because it builds bonds and more importantly the accountability you will feel from good ‘ol peer pressure.High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) from beginners to advanced you will find a spot in our programs and the realization of the body you dream of.
