Love this gym! They not only have state of the art cardio & weight lifting equipment, but the most comprehensive class schedule of any gym in the area! And they have a pool! Everything is modern & clean, and it is a very peaceful environment. The staff are friendly & helpful as well. I definitely feel like I get a great workout here, as well as my money's worth.
