I really enjoyed the centaur spa and resort. I loved the personal attention and one on one time I had there. I felt they really knew the information they were presenting and were very willing to help get mewell! The quiet peaceful atmosphere and the ability to just relax andtake it easy were essential to my recovery. I so much appreciatedthat they never tried to pressure me into doing or trying anythingthat could potentially make me uncomfortable!. I would definitelyvisit this spa again.

My husband and I recently stayed at the Centaur Spa. We wanted toexpress how pleased we were with our stay.Dianna and Ed really knew how to make us feel comfortable. Theynever pushed ideas on us, but helped us find the information we weresearching for. They directed our personal search for health and fitnessexpertly and easily. Dianna really knows her stuff when it comes tomassage, health and wellness, but she readily admitted she was notan expert in certain areas. If she did not feel that she knew enoughabout something, she told us where we could find the information,and even let us use Dianna's personal library of books to referenceand read while we were there. We appreciated the honesty and the help.The spa experience was peaceful and relaxing. It was great to gethands on work. That was terrific! They took uskayaking at the beach, which we thoroughly enjoyed.Overall, it was a very enjoyable trip, we were only sorry we didn’thave a month to stay.Marlo and Brian Swanson, Ohio

I received my gift certificates as a Mother's Day gift and was looking for a spa to use them at that would not be in my home town. I looked through the website and found this day spa. I spoke with Ed, Diane's husband, to set up my appointment. When I arrived, I found Diane to be wonderful. She knew just how to make me feel relaxed and welcome. The spa is located in a quiet area of the Arroyo Grande foothills, surrounded by views of the mountains and the ocean. The massage Diane gave me was exactly what was needed. She focused on the areas of stress and tension and successfully managed to ease the bursitus I was suffering with in my elbow. I highly recommend this spa to anyone in the area and will definitely revisit it when I'm in the area for another micro-mini vacation!

I thought it was great. I cant wait to go back for more.
