This session will work on technique and realizing the boxer’s workout in all it’s capacities: stamina, strength, flexibility, agility and speed. This is a contact class with focus mitts, heavy bags, and speed bag for hand/eye coordination. The Boxer’s Workout is the ultimate in measuring your fitness because it covers everything. STRETCH CLINIC

Flexibility is often overlooked when a program is put together for a client. Flexibility has a multitude of benefits: increased performance, decreased risk of injury, increased blood supply and nutrients to joints, improved nutritient exchange, increased neuromuscular coordination, improved muscular balance and postural awareness, decreased risk of lower back pain, and reduced muscular tension.
