Taylor Stevens Salon & Spa

I bought my mother a spa package and she misplaced it. I went in with my credit card statement and receipt, and they still wouldn't replace it or give her the service I paid for. Each certificate is given a number and is recorded in their records. I asked the girl behind the desk to look it up and she said it wasn't yet used so with the proof I thought that would be enough until another employee came up stating that they wouldn't accept that either. I'e never been so disapointed with service. I've heard nothing but bad things about this place and their customer service is horrible!

For spa services, the atmosphere is not very relaxing. The massage rooms are in the back of the salon and you can hear alot of commotion.I've had a few massages at Talor Stevens, they were just "ok".I had a great pedicure here , I do not have the technicians name.I'd stay away from eye-brow waxing here unless you provide specific instructions (I had previously gone to two younger ladies at the salon, unfortuatley I had a bad experience so have chosen to find a different place for brow waxing)

I've been going to Taylor Stevens for almost 3 years and I've decided to take my business elsewhere. I've overheard the salon owner herself talking down about her own employees and I am appalled. I don't feel appreciated as a client, I'm going to go somewhere else because I am confident I can get a better service and experience somewhere else for much cheaper. I always feel like they are rushing me in and out. For an "upscale salon" it sure isn't. The employees and the atmosphere itself need a lot of help. Spa Bleu is a further drive for me but I will gladly make the trip there to support Aveda. It is unfortunate that Taylor Stevens is the ony salon representing Aveda in my area.

I was referred by my girlfriend that had been seeing the owner for a long time. It took awhile to get in because she is so booked, she was definatley worth the wait. She listen to me and then gave me some great advice. She was amazing, my color is beautiful and she was so great in helping me learn to style it myself. The cut was so great, it was so easy for me to do myself. I cant wait to recommend other people they have this great referral program oh and they gave me this great journey pack! i cant wait to use them. Take a chance and try this place you wont be disappointed.

What a disaster! Went in for cut & color and came out with black hair. The staff was reluctant to correct the problem, then I was charged extra to correct. It is still not at all what I requested or expected. They blamed the condition of my hair on the poor lighting of the salon-it would look better once I went outside or home where there was better lighting. After insisting there was a huge problem with the color of my hair, I was then told it didn't matter because it would all wash out and fade in about a week anyways. What happened to looking and feeling gorgeous when you walk out of the salon? I certainly did not feel or look anything close to gorgeous when I walked out of Taylor Stevens! I was appalled and disappointed with the response and service I received from the staff and supervisor. My hair is a completedisaster and I'm still trying to figure out how I am going to get it fixed. Not to mention that I also had to pay for this horrid experience!!

My girlfriend told me about this salon, how wonderful it was and how great she was treated. I booked a facial and a massage, WOW what a treat. The Spa and Salon are awesome. I was treated very respectfully and they are so nice, nobody was stuck up, very friendly.I booked my next appointment for a facilal and I now get my hair done here AWESOME Experience!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
