CARDIO BLAST Boot Camp

Exercise shoes REQUIRED! ONLY 20 minutes of High Intensity Interval Training ending with a 5 minute cool down. This is Hi-Low impact aerobic workout with Pilates theories for the core work but the main focus of our BLAST routine is to BLAST the metabolism and burn calories while having a BLAST! Bring a towel and water. You can take it easy, go slow, & stop when needed. This workout is offered as a BOOTCAMP not scheduled on a regular basis like other classes. You can follow our BLAST routines on Debora's Blog ("the Hokey Pokey" link which is on the home page of our website) to understand and experience the workout posted semi-weekly. You must have no physical limitations rendering you unable to exercise in an aerobic setting (or provide a Physicians release if physical modifications are required.)

This is hands down, the best Pilates studio around. The ambiance/decor is so relaxing and unique. The owner and her staff are friendly and welcoming. No workout is ever the same. There are some many fun ways to do Pilates! Also, it is rare to find a studio with 5 reformers & spring walls for group classes. There's no place in the country like it!
