Yoga Nidra, also referred to as “yogic sleep,” is a guided visualization and relaxation practice that will leave you feeling peaceful and renewed. This transformational technique was developed to cultivate a unique state of mind that drifts beyond the dream stage, yet remains open and aware. A light practice will prepare you to simply relax and experience the serenity of letting go of your expectations and opening up to peace, possibility, and clarity. The only thing required for Yoga Nidra is your presence, however you may choose to bring a mat, blanket, pillow, or other supplies to support your sense of comfort and security. Restorative Yoga
Restorative yoga is intended to restore balance to the autonomic nervous system and the prana and apana energies of the body, and relieve effects of chronic stress.
