Restorative Yoga
Restorative yoga is a form of Iyengar yoga that heals through the subtle method of "active relaxation." This quiet practice uses props (bolsters, blankets, blocks, walls, etc.) to support the body so that postures can be held for longer time, approximately 5-20 minutes. Restorative Yoga
Restorative yoga is a form of Iyengar yoga that heals through the subtle method of "active relaxation." This quiet practice uses props (bolsters, blankets, blocks, walls, etc.) to support the body so that postures can be held for longer time, approximately 5-20 minutes.
