    SuiteSweat Sauna Studio’s goal is to educate and provide clients with the benefits of infrared saunas. Guests may experience private 40-minute treatments in cedar Sunlighten™ saunas where they can relax in the 150 degree dry heat of the infrared sauna. Each of the studio’s six private rooms is equipped with its own sauna, television, towels and cubbies for storing belongings. Clients may cool off after their session with a eucalyptus-scented cold towel.

This is a great daily escape! This is not a traditional spa, so don't come expecting massages, facials, etc. Instead this studio offers 40 minute infrared sauna treatments to detox, burn calories, ease joint pain and clear your skin. It is a great way to relax while burning calories. And your skin will feel so smooth after each session. I feel so healthy when I get done. And as a plus, the girls that run the store are so sweet and helpful! They make my day.
