Whether you are an athlete looking to train for the Reebok CrossFit Games or someone looking to make the jump to collegiate or professional levels of your sport, we are able to tailor a program to each individual to achieve those goals.The goal of the Athletic Performance Training program isn’t to make you better in your individual sport, it is to make you a better overall athlete. We focus on the 10 General Physical Skills (Strength, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, Power, Accuracy, Cardio Respiratory Endurance, Stamina, Flexibility) to develop your athletic ability to the highest level possible. Athletic Performance Training was designed to provide our athletes with a program that is tailored to their desired goals. Whether you are an athlete looking to train for the Reebok CrossFit Games or someone looking to make the jump to collegiate or professional levels of your sport, we are able to tailor a program to each individual to achieve those goals.The goal of the Athletic Performance Training program isn’t to make you better in your individual sport, it is to make you a better overall athlete. We focus on the 10 General Physical Skills (Strength, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, Power, Accuracy, Cardio Respiratory Endurance, Stamina, Flexibility) to develop your athletic ability to the highest level possible. Of course we want you to succeed in the sport that you are training for, but we want to turn you into a well-rounded performance athlete. The CrossFit class focuses on the 9-essential movements and all 10 functions of being FIT and elaborates on the CrossFit Elements Classes. All workouts can be scaled from the RX'd level, but we encourage you to push yourself and go to the next level! We will take an in-depth look at all the movements with more higher-intensity workouts and heavier weights once you have become proficeint and feel comfortable with all the movements. This class will push you above and beyond your limits! Challenge yourself to do the prescribed (RX) weight/exercise during the workouts! |
