Varied if not random functional movements done at high intensity. The CrossFit class focuses on the 9-essential movements and all 10 functions of being FIT and elaborates on the CrossFit Elements Classes. All workouts can be scaled from the RX'd level, but we encourage you to push yourself and go to the next level! We will take an in-depth look at all the movements with more higher-intensity workouts and heavier weights once you have become proficeint and feel comfortable with all the movements.
