    Total Athletic Development is the largest Sports Performance Center in Licking County. Our facility has over 5000 square foot of turfed training space to help build the complete athlete by focusing on sport-specific movements at game speed. We offer Long Term Athletic Development programs, Team Training, Strength Training, Facility Rental, Combine Testing and more. Our Long Term Development programs are continuously developing and refining the most current training techniques, enabling athletes to increase their overall speed, strength, explosiveness, agility and sport-specific ability.
