Go Take A Hike

Go Take a Hike! Enjoy a nice walk in the woods, and take your Yoga outside! This guided hike with Ananda Shala Yoga Instructor Dominica Knapp will take you on a hike to the beautiful Cunningham Falls. Allow yourself space for meditation, community, connection and yoga outside. This is an intermediate level hike with some tricky spots, but there is a beginner option to get to the falls. Pack a lunch, plenty of water, wear good hiking shoes and bring your yoga mat. Become more connected to the earth and in turn become more connected to yourself.
