About Pilates Studio of Reno
With thousands of new locations, you’ve come to the right place to find a Pilates studio. Originally developed in the early 20th century by Joseph Pilates as a rehabilitation method, the popularity of this core-strengthening and spine-aligning workout has since spread around the world like wildfire. The practice, often called the Pilates method, is meant to improve mental and physical wellbeing, increase flexibility, and strengthen muscles through a series of controlled movements and breathing that engage both the body and mind. Different studios offer a variety of classes, and we’re excited to be partnering with this Pilates studio.
