Originally developed in the early 20th century by Joseph Pilates as a rehabilitation method, the popularity of this core-strengthening and spine-aligning workout has since spread around the world like wildfire. The practice, often called the Pilates method, is meant to improve mental and physical wellbeing, increase flexibility, and strengthen muscles through a series of controlled movements and breathing that engage both the body and mind. Pilates Bed Circuit Training

The Circuit Training workout challenges and builds strength and endurance. The instructor will lead you through a variety of Cardio Jump board, Classical Pilates, mat work and smaller Apparatus exercises. Be prepared to work quickly and efficiently w/ very little down time. You will work so hard the class will be over before you know it! The final 10 min is dedicated to deep stretching and cool down.
