Originally developed in the early 20th century by Joseph Pilates as a rehabilitation method, the popularity of this core-strengthening and spine-aligning workout has since spread around the world like wildfire. Pilates Bed Circuit Training
The Circuit Training workout challenges and builds strength and endurance. The instructor will lead you through a variety of Cardio Jump board, Classical Pilates, mat work and smaller Apparatus exercises. Be prepared to work quickly and efficiently w/ very little down time. You will work so hard the class will be over before you know it! The final 10 min is dedicated to deep stretching and cool down.
