    The 1600-square-foot spa is adjacent to the Sammamish river park, in Bothell, minutes off 405, with free parking available. The facility includes four treatment rooms, a gift shop, and two relaxation rooms. The spa strives to create a warm environment for guests from the moment they arrive with personalized attention combined with customized treatments. Therapies focus on specialized skin and body treatments from head to toe for an hour or for a full day in a private environment. Catered lunches are available with some of the customized packages and a gift basket full of home care products can also be included for an extra fee. I chose this spa because it seemed real intimate, I've been to a different variety of spa's and this was the most enjoyable and relaxing treatment I've ever experienced. Rebeca was very professional and listened to what I was looking for and her technique was very soothing, she tended to the strained areas and I felt immediate relief. There are a lot of spa's out there that offer differnt packages from a light lunch, champagne, ect..but I think the most important service a spa can provide is how your mind and body is going to feel after a treatment. That is what's important and that is what I got out of my visit with The Spa...for the woman who cares a positive result. If your not into the over-rated spa's and are looking for a relaxing, clean, professional spa this is the place. Marilou Morada Shoreline, WA

Not so Relaxing

This spa is sort of a one-woman-show, which I can appreciate that she is a hard worker, but the experience was like going to a relative's house that was trying to pamper you. I was disapointed with the lack of appropriate materials- pedicures were given in uncomfortable recliner chairs, lunch was served on paper plates in same pedicure recliner chairs and in a room that felt, like I said, someone's house. I think if you are looking for an all out spa experience, look elsewhere. On the plus side, the staff is friendly and accomodating so if you are looking for a down-home experience, this just might be the place.

Thank-you for your comments. To help you understand our concept at this spa we are NOT a one woman show per se, this is a family owned business yes. We have created a private, intimate setting for individuals and their guests to really relax without the pressure that you may find in highly traffic day spas or salons or chains. Our concept is personalized with a lot of experience in the industry. The owner personally has over 20yrs as an Aesthetician/Manicurist- European trained.We have several massage therapists that are equally experienced; A licensed Nutritionist, RN and several other Licensed medically trained therapist for specific concerns or that provide classes. Please refer to our pictures for details of our facility. The chairs that you said were uncomfortable? they are new designer chairs that most people find very relaxing. The reason for food on paper plates is we are NOT licensed to provide in house food prep. So, therefore all of the food has to be brought in and we use only disposable utensils for public safety. Our pedicure services are of the highest quality with both safety/sanitized methods with higher quality products used. I am sorry if you were offended or disappointed in any of your services here at The Spa... I wish you would have contacted us directly with your concerns. Management.

I got a gift certificate from my husband as a Valentines gift and I booked a 2hr massage session with Rebecca on Feb 19th, 2010. It was a wonderful and very relaxing experience. I wanted it to just go on and on...but all good things come to an end...:-( Thanks Swapnil

I was given a gift certificate by my mother in-law. Given that I don't know this area very welll I was a bit concerned. Being from California, we have mutlitble spas there in which I am very familiar with. I went for my service here and was amazed at the unique experience. 1. I love the privacy factor, they keep this spa focused on just a few guests at a time. My room had a shower and a view of the river park.. The best thing of all was the feeling of being really relaxed and not rushed through... LOVED IT!!! I definately will be back... the therapist was great too, see Cy.. Hawaiian style massage, best experience!!

I have been reviewing spa finder and many spas around town for quite a while. Last month, this spa offered a body renewal program which sounded very interesting. I decided to go. I was greeted so nicely at the door, every part of this experience was better than I had expected. My entire treatment was wonderful, especially the massage and all the Detox info at the end. I have been following the advice and Loving the results so far!! my skin glows and I will be back. Thank-you. Andrea

What an amazing experience! I decided to treat my best friend to the "Girl's Day Out" package for her birthday. The massage was incredible and the pedicure was the best I have ever received! The experience was unforgettable and the treatment we received was phenomenal. I will definitely return!

I visited this spa recently with my mother. I was a little concerned due to being my first time visiting and especially going with my mother who is very particular about everything. I was so impressed with the service from the start and 3hrs later THRILLED I visited The Spa... The body treatments were heavenly especially the Facial & Massage! we were treated like special guests with 5* attention to every detail. Thank-you for making our day together one to remember!
