  We are a fully equiped GYROTONIC(R), GYROKINESIS(R), Specialized Equipment, Body Work, Spa Studio. The studio is owned and operated by Lisa Marie Goodwin-Rice and Jessie Rice who bring uniqueness to this space by joining thier professional skills in movement and healing to one space. The studio is a first of its kind being that it is fully equiped and offers individual sessions as well as all the teacher training for Gyrotonic Expansion System(R), Neuromuscular Health, and group instruction.We seek to create a nurturing environment where the joy of movement & the inspiration of creative energies can unfold. We recognize the intelligence of the body by integrating the dynamic movement of the GYROTONIC Expansion System and the healing power of touch. This synergistically helps to improve the quality of life and bring each client to a space where the physical, mental, and spiritual are equally cared for.
