Based on the Baptiste method of teaching, this class combines movement, breath, and meditation to foster flexibility, relaxation, and self-awareness. This is a great introduction to power vinyasa yoga; you will learn the basic yoga poses (asanas), healthy alignment, and yogic breathing. Our Power Yoga Basics classes are offered in both our Flow (non-heated) studio and Hot studio.
