There is no pre programmed choreography but the workout is set to upbeat music so participants feel like they are dancing. No dance background is necessary. In Balanced Body Barre, traditional Lotte Berk exercises have been updated with Pilate...s, Yoga and Sculpting that reflect current exercise practices and proper alignment, and avoid squeezing and gripping the buttocks. Each exercise focuses on precise and small movements to strengthen specific muscle groups with proper form. Muscles are worked to exhaustion to provide optimum results.
