I visit the Columbia area several times a year for a few months at a time. I always go to classes at Coreworks. The instructors are excellent, provide personal advice, and the classes are great. I never feel out of place - I always feel welcome even though I am not a regular. Highly recommended. I especially love the yoga classes and the Pilates. (Please bring back the Flow Yoga classes!)
