    Southern Pines Yoga Co.'s mission has three components. It is our desire to offer the opportunity that allows each student access to the practice that best fits their needs. Whether it is your desire to practice a cool gentle Hatha yoga or a hot power vinyasa, it is our goal to provide you with a supportive, safe, clean environment. It is our desire to allow instructors the opportunity to explore and grow into their practice and share it with those that desire to be taught. To always be open-minded and recognize that the instructor not only teaches the student but may also become the student in the process is something we all embrace. We are all yogis in our own ways! Yoga began years ago to not only improve the human condition but to build up the community and to be community oriented.
