    There are five elements that surround us, envelope us, and compose us during every day, week, month, and year of our lives - Earth, Air, Fire, Water, & Ether. These five elements correspond with our five senses - smell, taste, touch, hearing, and sight- which means that all five of our sense organs are involved as well. At Elements Yoga, your five senses will be engaged in Your practice as You engage your body, mind, and spirit in Your practice. At Elements Yoga, we are here to serve Your practice in a way that you find meaningful, friendly, and engaging. KundaFlow Workshop with DamaDe

KundaFlow Yoga is two totally separate yoga forms, not interwoven, in one session. We begin with a traditional Hatha Yoga mantra, pranayam and asana warm up that will compliment the latter Kundalini Yoga kriya and meditation. The first portion is mainly structural, asana driven and is not mixed with kriya or the sacred mantras from the Kundalini Tradition. There is a definite ending and beginning to two different types creating one very unique experience. KundaFlow is taught off the mat at Elements. Yoga practitioners have said it is like a "bridge" between Hatha and Kundalini Yoga.
