I've been attending workouts here for about 3 months and it has been absolutely life changing! I've lost inches around my waist and have gotten solid where I needed it. Without trying to sound too over the top, this place is inspiring, energizing and a heck of a tough workout. In addition to their cycling classes, they also have group power which is a great complement to the hardcore cardio workout of cycling. I'm hooked!
But, they've recently up sized to a new location. The Edge Indoor Cycling is now at 1 Eagle Valley Court in Broadview Heights.
