Wisdom Warriors
Wisdom Warriors is a practice class designed especially for dedicated practitioners over 50. It is not suitable for beginners. Desiree and Geri will lead this 2 hour practice class once a week which will always include standing poses, backbends, forward bends, hip openers, arm balances and inversions. If you have been practicing yoga for a while and long to connect with others who will help you stay healthy and fit, this is a wonderful opportunity for you to strengthen your body, mind and friendships.
