Hot Yoga
This class balances precise instruction and alignment with breath and fluid movement. Postures are skillfully sequenced and modifications are used to individualize the practice for each student. Moderate to vigorously paced, hot yoga incorporates traditional yoga asanas (poses) and moves through a flow of Sun Salutes to get the heart rate up, then slows it down with long holds. You can expect to be invigorated with the nurturing and powerful practice of yoga, to sweat while finding your mind/body/breath connection, and to engage all the muscles of the body while relaxing and calming the mind.
