The practice, often called the Pilates method, is meant to improve mental and physical wellbeing, increase flexibility, and strengthen muscles through a series of controlled movements and breathing that engage both the body and mind. This studio is amazing - it offers private and semi private training with ME, the client in mind. The atmosphere is great - its like a big HUG! I love it and it helps me stay accountable to my fitness and health. I also love there product line from Usana - www.pilates.usana.com. I have never been more happy and healthy - Thank you CORE!
