Burn 90
Our outdoor burn 90 class is for intermediate fitness levels and above and is 90 minutes in duration. Class Content and InformationOur outdoor signature bootcamp class is for intermediate / advanced fitness levels. Class involves a mix of strength and cardiovascular cross training exercises. Activities include bootcamp style drills guaranteed to keep your heart rate cranking and your muscles guessing. The variation and interval style conditioning will yield results like no other. You will never be bored. We make the promise in one 4-week program you will never repeat the same class twice. And YES, we DO run in this class (sometimes a lot). The entire class is never just running but when we make the transition to go from one location to another we run to get there. Some days we mix in hill and stair repeats along the way.Please be aware: This is a rough and tough class. Intermediate level means intermediate.
