Established in 2004, The Pilates Life is a unique hands on boutique style studio where clients receive individual attention from professionally certified Pilates instructors. Mat classes are offered in small groups for optimum results. The Pilates Life focuses on helping clients achieve a better-balanced body in a healthy and safe environment.
