My only complaint with this spa is I'm a plus size lady and they did not have plus sized robes. It made the whole experience embarassing as I had to walk around with a towel so I was not exposed. Otherwise, the people were nice, and the steamroom was nice. But it isn't a place I will go back to

I am sorry to hear about your bad robe experience; however, I believe you must have gotten Ricciolo Day Spa confused with another Spa. We do not have a steam room here. We would love for you to come visit us though!
