My Therapist Heather was absolutely amazing. Yes there were times that you could hear chatting going on where the mani pedis are. My therapist explained it might get a little chatty. Her massage was completely worth it. I can't explain the experience, except absolutely amazing. I felt as if the music was flowing through her fingers. What a gift. The staff were just as sweet. Please don't let one bad experience ruin it for you. It must be a good thing if there was no room for you to sit right? I'm sure it wouldn't have been for long. I would absolutely recommend this spa to my friends and their friends. I will be returning again this month.

I went to this spa with my mother for a facial. We both had an amazing time! The service and pampering was great. They were even busy with a wedding at the same time but we were offered the same great service. I can't wait to go back!!

Anytime I come to town to visit my family, I make an appointment with this spa for massage, making it an afternoon retreat with my mother or other members of the family. The therapists we've had always leave us extremely satisfied and delighted with the experience. I happen to travel considerably for my work and, therefore, have the opportunity to visit spas all over the west coast and sporadically across the States. I have found my absolute favorite massage therapist at Sutera and cannot speak highly enough of her sensitivity to my needs, her technique, and the netherworld state she consistently puts me in under her care. My sister and mother have said the same of their experiences with other therapists at Sutera. The front-of-the-house staff is friendly and accommodating and prompt in taking care of our needs. The atmosphere of the spa is soothing, neutral colors, plus plush lounging available for relaxation, and wine is always served post-pampering, which is an abolutely lovely and welcomed touch not found with most spas. Their value is unbeatable. This spa is a hidden treasure in Flower Mound.

My husband bought me a Spa Finder gift certificate and I had read the review that was on this website and decided to give it a chance because I had the gift certificate and needed to use it. Am I glad I did! I am so sorry for the person who had a bad experience there. The staff was excellent from the front desk to everyone that I saw throughout the spa. My services were better than I have ever had anywhere in the country. The decor and relaxed atmosphere made it very difficult to leave when my visit was over. I will send all my friends and family members to Sutera Spa and they will thank me. P.S. Try the massage- it is to die for... Very Happy Customer

I was so excited by the thought of spending my day at the spa to relax and enjoy some "me" time. However, from the time I walked through the door I was treated as if I were a criminal for showing up "only" 5 minutes before my treatments instead of the expected 15. Traffic in this area can be very slow and you may be held up at the many lights you'll pass along the way - to say nothing of trying to actually find the spa itself (look behind the Red Hot & Blue BBQ joint). For my tardiness I was not offered one of the fluffy robes I say others wearing and was escorted to wait in the "retreat" room - even though there was no room to wait - ended up sitting in the hall watching both employees and patrons running back and forth. Finally I got escorted in for my massage only to get to listen to the party obviously being held in the pedicure area right outside my door as well as listening to the patron on the other side of the curtain jabbering away for almost thirty minutes of my 55 minute massage. The pedicure was great, but again, I felt very rushed. I was not pleased and felt very cheated when paying the pricey bill for a day that was most def not relaxing.

I am shocked by the negative review on this spa by the person with bad pedicure experience. I have been to Sutera spa on several occassions and had only the best in customer service and pampering. Even services that are not so relaxing - waxing- are still pleasant. The staff is knowledgable, friendly, and they always exceed my expectations. I have purchased gift certificates, their luxurious robes, candles, and beautiful jewelry as gifts for my friends and family. This spa is beautiful and relaxing. There is a waiting area with the most comfortable chairs and delicious cucumber mint water and wonderful hot tea. My husband and I have a date night there at least once a month and enjoy couples massage and couples pedicures with wine and cheese. I suggest everyone try this spa when you have a chance. I can't wait to get back. Big Fan!

I am so disappointed with my pedicure appointment that it really did ruin my day, isn’t it supposed to work the opposite way?! This has to be the worst and most expensive pedicure so please save the time and spend less of your money somewhere else that would offer a better service. My pedicure consisted of lotion, hot towel and toes painted. I really could have done that myself. She spent 30 minutes and claimed that it was 45, trust me I know how to read the time on my digital cell phone! Ladies there was not a massage or any skin softening involved so you will be sadly disappointed as well if these too are your expectations for a relaxing foot therapy. I have visited many other spas that had friendlier, more tentative staff. Perhaps they specialize in other services, but pedicures (and warm, friendly mannerisms) was defiantly not their cup of tea.
