    Located in Orleans, Ontario Canada, the Orleans Yoga Shala (OYS) is dedicated to the teachings of a yogic lifestyle.Derek and Angela Kendrick established the OYS with a clear mission of helping the community improve mental and physical well being by providing a positive example of a healthy lifestyle. Both have travelled the world for the past twenty years – learning , practicing and experiencing yoga with some of yoga's most respected gurus.The OYS provides a soothing, oasis-like environment in which to learn and practice yoga. Join us for regularly scheduled yoga classes, seminars and special events with visiting gurus (teachers).
