Open Level Pole
This is still a semi structured pole class in that you will be taken through the regular warmup with your instructor before starting your pole work. Then the instructor will work with each student individually at their correspoinding level. If there is a move you haven't quite mastered yet this is also a great time to work on it in a supervised environment. |

Pole Conditioning/Strength Training
We are now offering Pole Conditioning Classes to help you build muscle, strength, endurance, and flexibility that will help you not only in your pole training but is also a great all around workout. Although the poles will be utilized as workout tools this class does not include pole dance instruction. So this class is for pole dancers looking to improve their pole skills and also for you ladies looking for a fun and alternative workout. This is an intense workout consisting of a warmup, and a strength training session followed by a stretching session to increase flexibility.If you are just starting a workout regimen and need to work at a slower pace to build up some strength and endurance while mixing in some pole moves then you may want to attend introduction to pole more than once, which will move at a slower pace to help build up your strength and endurance without feeling rushed or left behind. |

Beginner
In the introductory level you will learn pole basics-walking, spins, hand positioning, body control and how to create fluid movement around the pole.Some of the things that will be covered at this level are proper posture around the pole, pole circle, front hook spin, back hook spin, Fireman Spin, Step up onto the pole, Pinwheel spin, split grip spins, and pole sit. All of the moves need to be able to be performed properly and smoothly before moving into intermediate class. It is very important to master the foundations of pole before learning more advanced techniques. |
