Sun Salutation Workshop w/ Yoga Mike:Come learn how to practice the ancient method of solar vitalization! In this 2 hour workshop, Mike will guide you through 4 main styles of Sun Salutation, including Ashtanga Vinyasa Sun Salutation A & B, Vinyasa Krama Surya Namaskara, and Satyananda style Surya Namaskara. The fundamental vinyasas of each will be explored breath by breath. Yoga for Healing is all about exploring the ways that yoga can be a support for us in our lives physically, emotionally, mentally, spiritually, and relationally.  Asana practice (the poses, the physical practice) is only one of 8 'limbs' of yoga, and in these classes, many of the other limbs will be taught and accessed in order to discover the many paths and possibilities available as we incorporate yoga into our lives.  At different points in our lives, we all go through times of difficulty in the realms of physical, emotional, mental, spiritual and relational health and wellbeing.  Yoga for Healing will show you the ways the yoga can be a part of your personal and individual healing in a these areas.  Depending on the instructor, you may find that different aspects will be emphasized (structural/physical/anatomical, poses & practices for specific health needs, movement & breath work for physiological/emotional/mental balance, asana & yoga nidra/yo
