In a fast-paced, dynamic sequence that opens new dimensions of the mind-body-breathe connection, you will begin to move into a direct experience of the flow of the practice. We will be offering donation – based community classes taught by our Vinyasa Yoga 200 Hour Teacher Trainees from May 7th to June 2nd. In the training we have been working over the last six months to prepare support, inspire and challenge this dedicated group of yogis to become wonderful teachers. The community classes are their last step before graduation on June 3rd. Proceeds from the community classes will be organized into a scholarship fund for our students to attend major workshops and trainings within our community. Beginner Vinyasa Yoga

This class is for absolutely anyone of any age, shape or size to experience the many benefits of yoga. No experience or flexibility required. Focus is on the correct positioning of basic yoga postures within one’s own body, while using props to increase the freedom and mobility of the body while concentrating on the breath to quiet the mind.This class will dive deep into all asanas with a non-aggressive approach and moderate pace which allows you to dissolve into a more open, graceful body and relax into a steady mind.

Vinyasa Yoga - All Levels

Vinyasa means to link movement with breath and intention or to arrange and place in a special way. Shanti Yoga Shala’s Vinyasa Yoga classes offer fun, vigorous and energetic asana (pose) sequences taught in a flow-style, inter-linking poses through a series of movements to encourage strength and flexibility, while enhancing respiration, circulation and lymphatic flow helping to heat the muscles and connective tissue and detoxify the body.
