About Shanti Yoga Shala
Shanti Yoga Shala is a Yoga community that was created to offer a welcoming, safe and supportive environment for students to embark on and sustain a Yoga journey. We offer Ashtanga and Vinyasa Yoga classes with an emphasis on traditional teaching styles. We treat our classes as sacred space, providing the proper environment for education in asana alignment, yoga philosophy, chanting, pranayama, and meditation.At SYS we whole-heartedly believe that every student begins their practice exactly where they need to be in order to step into their own Yoga destiny. Yoga has the possibility for health and healing, as well as deep personal transformation beyond the body. It is with that belief in mind that we offer many levels and options for classes including: traditional Mysore; Ashtanga Led Primary Series; Introduction to Ashtanga Yoga; Vinyasa Yoga for all levels; Vinyasa Yoga for beginners as well as Kids Yoga and Prenatal Yoga.Location
