Join us every Saturday for a motivating outdoor workout to raise money each week for a local non-profit organization or Denver Public schools! Workouts will take place at Stapleton Central Park at 8 am every Saturday during the spring & summer months. Start time is 8 am and workouts will run approximately an hour. Each week we will support a different local cause. Suggested dontation per class is $10, however all workouts are included in your Qi membership, if you can't donate. QiCycle-Yoga

QiCylie-yoga is the perfect example of yin yang in fitness: a high-energy fusion workout that results in total body and mind fitness. Each class starts with 30 minutes of heart-pumping indoor cycling followed by 45 minutes of vinyasa flow yoga that calms, strengthens, and increases flexibility. Mountain bikers, road bikers and other athletes find that they can apply yoga principles to enhance their own regimens while yogis enjoy increased cardio endurance and strength. Both love the benefit of a stronger core, improved use of breath, and leave class feeling centered. Beginners like being pushed while working at a pace that is comfortable to them. The cycling studio features state-of-the-art bikes and a large garage door that can be opened to invite fresh air inside. The serene environment of the yoga studio allows students to loosen up through a series of power-yoga flows that link breath to movement.

QiCycle-Barre

Chiseled. How would you like to be able to use this word to describe your body? Experience Qi’s new QiCycle-Barre class and you’ll soon be able to. QiCycle-Barre classes are 30 minutes of cycling followed by 30 minutes or 45-minutes of barre work, which will consist of precision movements performed with the help of a stationary barre attached to the wall in the yoga studio. The goal: to fuse cardio, strength, flexibility, toning, and sculpting into one 60-minute workout. You can only find this class at Qi—take it and watch your dancer’s body emerge.

Qi Yoga- Bhakti

Qi Yoga- Bhakti is a vigorous vinyasa flow with continued attention to powerful alignment. In addition to the physical practice, students will learn a bit about the history of yoga, practice meditation, and of course, do a little bit of chanting. This class will take your practice to a deeper level!
