Bonding with Baby yoga classes are a comfortable, supportive environment where parents and caregivers can meet, enjoy quality time with their babies, and experience the benefits of yoga. I have visited several other yoga studios in town and Be Yoga is a wonderful place to practice yoga in Charlotte. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable and always available to help you fine tune your practice. I practice next to beginners and teachers alike and both are always satisfied after their yoga class at Be Yoga. It is easy to get to, easy to park, and a fun place to practice yoga.
