A 75 minute yoga journey...for ALL LEVELS. We will breathe, sweat, laugh and focus on the journey. We let go of space and time and dive into mindfulness and effort. We begin by flowing through some sun salutations, after which we will deepen and explore a wide range of classical asanas (poses) carried by the flow of our breath. We also explore the playful side of yoga by encouraging intuitive movement and explore some modern yoga asanas (poses).
