Mother Me

Come work with this dynamic duo - Sunny Givens, an art therapist, and Rita DiRito, a midwife - (both of whom are moms and artists) – in a supportive group setting. This will be a safe space to explore and own the vision you have for your birth and your baby’s entrance into this world. The intention of this workshop will be to connect with your intuitive and creative mama power to flow freely. You will explore your dreams, hopes, desires and release your fears using a variety of therapeutic, creative, and educational modalities. Your creation from this workshop will give you something tangible upon which to focus for the remainder of your pregnancy, as well as for your labor and birth. It will also serve as memento of your journey.
