Melissa is so knowledgable with everything about skin care. She pays attention to your skin type and makes custom products that work for you! My skin has completely changed since I started going to her four years ago. I used to have break outs and my skin would always look red. Since I started seeing Melissa, I no longer break out and my skin looks much healthier. She really cares about what she does and it shows through the great services she provides!

I was fortunate to have met Melissa when she worked for an ER doctor. Then she worked alongside doctors in a dermatologist office (surgical,cosmetic, general). Top of her class as they say. I used to pay a pretty penny and now it's at least 30-40 less than those basic facials at the dr. My treatments are just better now -more relaxing and offer more long-lasting results.
It's been over 5 years and she still follows up after a treatment. I expect it now and appreciate that level of service. I like the open communication she offers. My concerns are addressed and I can ask anything, anytime. I count on her to tell me if new technologies, treatments, products will benefit my skin or not and I no longer have a need to impulsively run out and spend money on inaccurately claimed procedures. I've learned from her how to habitually be good to my skin and how to keep it healthy over the years, simply and naturally. It looks younger than it ever has (no more blackheads/large pores and my age spots disappear quickly when they surface. Forehead wrinkles are still improving, too). Simply put, she instills confidence in her client and takes her work seriously. I recommend her to anyone interested in skin care.

I have been going to see Melissa for about 5 years- since she started- and I wouldn't go anywhere else. She just gets better with time. I have been to other salons for facials before this time but I walked in thinking I was paying $75 for a facial and walked out paying $150 or more !! Not necessarily knowing what the increase included and there was no extra take home product!
The product was okay. Then came Melissa. Trained by dermatologists and it shows. But she's not just credentialled and well educated. She is caring, knowledgable and passionate about what she does and how she does it and is constantly sharing her new findings and research with me if it pertains to my skin. Truly gifted in her craft. She uses natural products and customizes them to my skin everytime. I get so many compliments now! She listens to my concerns and makes them her own. She takes her time, makes me feel comfortable no matter what treatment she wants to do and always explains what she is doing and why. She is worth every penny, which adds up to much less than I used to spend for what I thought was 'high end' skincare treatments and products! And I always feel good about my skin when I leave. I recommend her to anybody in a minute.

I found Melissa on Yelp, and was really looking for someone to help get my skin looking even, healthy, and less irritated. In the past, I had spent lots of money on expensive products and spas but was not getting any results!
When I first called her she took the time over the phone to hear my concerns and took thorough notes on my current skin problems.
On my first appointment she was extremely knowledgeable, geniune, and had areal passion for her profession. Again she took the time to go over my current skin care regime, and suggest better less expensive products.
Her services are reasonable, and her products have so far worked great! I would definitely recommend her to my family and friends.

I have been a client of Melissa's for a few months now and I am hooked! I'm the kind of girl that really does my homework before I try someone new. I found her as I was looking for semi-permanent individual eyelash extensions in my area. I had been traveling to downtown Chicago for my eyelashes and was looking for someone closer to home. I cannot say enough great things about her and her services! She is so genuinely kind and accommodating. And I love my lashes!!! She takes her time and does not stop until she feels they are perfect. I get compliments on them all the time. She is also working with me now to improve my skin. And within the last couple of weeks, I have seen my skin transform. I cannot remember the last time it looked and felt like this. It is a great feeling. She is great with working with all different skin types. I highly recommend her to everyone. I had large pores that had driven me crazy for years. I attempted several times to resolve this at other local salons, and had the worst experiences. It always seemed they knew what they were talking about, yet we never resolved the problem. I decided to give beauty another chance and found Melissa on SpaFinder about 2 months ago. I am on my 5th treatment (following my customized correction plan) and absolutely loving the results. Melissa was able to comprehensively analyze my skin and explain it in a way that I knew exactly what the problem was and how we were going to fix it. I have never felt this good about investing in making myself better. I didn't know what was good or bad for my skin, nor did I realize how bad I let it get. Melissa actually took the time to learn about me, my lifestyle, and my skincare needs; and instructed me on how to take care of it. Her prices are well below salon/dermatology costs; however she is worth a million bucks in my eyes. I don't feel intimidated, or left in the dark at all. I met Melissa about a year ago and have not seen anyone else for my skin. My friend introduced me to her at a spa party and I immediately was a follower. Melissa has a broad background of experience and expertise and takes the more clinical side of "diagnosing" your skin issues and I love this. She tells you everything she is doing and why. In addition, she makes each treatment so relaxing! She will never follow a canned treatment plan for you no matter your skin type. Each treatment she has done on me is different; and she always tells me why. This knowledge helps me to take better care of my skin between appointments. My skin has never looked better since I started seeing Melissa and I get many compliments. Her products are great too. She is not pushy whatsoever for you to buys them. But believe me, after you have a treatment from Melissa, you will want to use the products because your skin will look A.Maze.Ing.

I couldnt be more happy with my results! Within 1 week, my face was clear! I bought the moisturizer, toner, and cleanser from Melissa and they work so well. Melissa is one of the nicest people you will ever meet!. She makes you feel so relaxed and she informs you on everything she is doing. I really recommend coming here if you need a facial. It comes with a complimentary mini massage!
