• Toronto International Airport is an hour drive from Ste. Anne's, but many guests arrive by train. The spa can pick guests up at the Cobourg train station (only 10 minutes away), if given advance notice.
• Guests should consider taking advantage of the 'Stress Express,' a train from Union Station, Toronto to Cobourg, where they will be picked up by a limousine arranged for by the spa. Guests can check with Ste. Anne's for exact prices.
• The entire property is non-smoking, and cell phone use is discouraged.
• To keep the stay as stress-free as possible, tipping is also discouraged.
