Triathlon Specific Training
This class is specifically designed just for triathletes. This physical therapist-designed and administered program will reduce your risk of injury and improve your performance for the entire triathlon season. The 45 minute high intensity circuit training class will address all the typical structural alignment and muscular weakness issues that plague triathletes through the course of training. There will be an extensive focus on core musculature strengthening, scapular stabilization, balance/proprioceptive training, and flexibility work. The risk of developing shoulder pain, patellofemoral syndrome, IT Band syndrome, hip bursitis, shin splints, etc will be significantly reduced with the exercises in this class. |
