I booked an appointment with Sam for a full leg wax and a bikini wax and walked away feeling completely satisfied. The last time I waxed my legs was years ago and let's just say it was less than pleasant but Sam guided me through the whole process, made the environment comfortable and delivered AMAZING results! She left my legs and bikini area smooth and hair free and has definitely found herself a life long customer. I will never go to another salon other than Serene for any waxing!! Thank you again Sam!

This is a wonderful intimate spa with a huge variety of services. They were able to schedule me right away too! I walked in to a warm greeting, calming atmosphere, and wonderful smells. I was a tad nervous about getting a brazilian wax, but Samantha was great - very professional. I would not hesitate to return or to recommend this spa! What a find!

I loved the look of this place upon entering, and was greeted very cheerfully! I got into a robe and sandals, and then was taken to the relaxation room and offered a choice of teas, plus a heated shoulder pack...great way to start off and I could have stayed here for an hour itself. Linda was my LMP and was fantastic, really targeting the areas that were excessively in need of straightening out. She def. knew what she was doing. Check out was ok, I had a spafinder cert. and one of the girls said, not to me, "oh we dont take those", even though I had called in and asked specifically. They did take them though, just a little downer after a nice relaxing massage. I did rebook on site and look forward to another visit. Great little place.

The place is nice and peaceful and friendly,
but they did not honnor my request for using my coupon only..they also charged me an addtional 1/2 hour ....
not cool!!

I had a great time at my half day at the spa. You don't feel like your in a small farm town but some place beautiful and peaceful. All the ladies at the spa were great. My massage was amazing and facial was nice. My foot massage wasn't so great but it was a beautiful setting anyway. Got a little burnt by the hot water and the lady who was massaging my feet didn't apply much pressure. They had so many things to chose from I can't wait to go back.

Serene is wonderful! The staff is super friendly, willing to help with rescheduling, because I had to a few times. They have the best gift ideas around, very holistic and natural inside. The smells are very relaxing and I had my brows done by Samantha, i think her name is. She did a great job. Go check them out.

I've been to spas all over the US and abroad. I love this place! It has so much to offer and the treatments are to die for! The inspirational atmosphere, good value for your money and the amazing blissful treatments makes me come back monthly!
Also- I won't ever listen to a review where the person didn't actually have a service, Ive never had issues booking or getting in- even last minute! The staff is very friendly too, don't miss this little gem in Enumclaw.

I can't rate the experience because I never had one. You see, my massage was cancelled when I got there. They offered me a facial, then told me, whoops! The person who would perform that won't be in either! But, if you wait a half hour we can get you that manicure you wanted along with the massage you're not going to get.

I enjoy walking in the door to such a calming and tranquil environment. The staff is always polite and friendly. Range of services are great. I enjoy thier promotions like for valentines day they had the chocolate pedicure. Very enjoyable staff, services and atmosphere.
