Poor spa facilities and unprofessional receptionists
Underwhelming spa facilities -- no jacuzzi, "luke warm" steam room, and the sauna was not even turned on! Plus the area was small and cramped. Nothing but water was offered. Spas in the same price range offer beautiful full service facilities, aromatherapy towels, fruit - both whole and cut up, cucumber water, beauty products, etc, etc. Euro Spa is beyond inadequate. I guess people are willing to sacrifice quality to be a few miles closer to the beach...

Lacking Politeness and Professionalism
This seems to be a doctor's office masquerading as a Day Spa. It's in a suburban strip mall by a pizza place, bank, tailor and coffee shop. The doctor/owner was rushed and rude. The entire staff might work for commissions as they all tried to up-sell products and services continuously. It was odd to have patients waiting for services. There were "drug reps" in the waiting room and the staff interacted with them trying to get freebies, instead of focusing on the customers. The whole experience seemed like the doctor was in it for the money and didn't spend quality time with me or my friends. The decor needs to be modernized and cleaned. I've since read unfavorable reviews of this doctor online. I wish we would have looked closer before we went. It was supposed to be a birthday celebration close to home with our Spa Finder certificates.
