  Body Wellness believes in the body's natural ability to heal itself and strives to support this healing process by offering a wide range of therapeutic techniques in a safe, nurturing and professional environment. The newly-renovated three room space features earth tones with clean white doors and trim, hardwood floors and accent rugs highlighted by soft lighting. Signature treatments include the Valerian Herb Wrap, a gentle massage and wrap designed to promote restful sleep and reduce anxiety. Additional treatments include hot stone massage, rejuvenation facials, pregnancy massage, Reiki energy work, raindrop therapy and a respiratory relief treatment.
